Service and access
wav247 provides AI-supported, purely informative music recommendations. Use requires a minimum age of 18 and legal capacity.
Informational use only
Recommendations are AI-generated and purely informational - not professional, medical, financial, legal or investment advice. Use is at your own risk.
No warranty
The service and content are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without assurance of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the higher of fees paid in the last three months or 100 USD. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Rights in content
All rights in the service and content remain with Westbridge Media F.Z.E. You receive a simple, revocable, non-exclusive right of use. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
Third-party music content
Covers, audio previews and streaming links come from third-party providers (including Deezer and Odesli/song.link). Rights in music and trademarks belong to the respective rights holders. Availability and content may change.
Partner and advertising
Marked partner and advertising placements ('Anzeige') are compensated on a performance basis (CPC/CPL/CPA), including in $CON where applicable. They appear only when relevant to the query and never replace editorial recommendations. Providers in regulated areas require the necessary licences.
Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims arising from your use or a breach of these terms.
Governing law and dispute resolution
The law of the UAE (Ajman) applies. Disputes are decided by binding DIAC arbitration in English; class actions are excluded.
Changes
We may change these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
