This policy explains how wav247 processes personal data. We follow the GDPR (EU/EEA) as well as the UAE PDPL.

What data we process
Website usage and analytics data; contact or registration data if you provide it; and your queries to the AI advisor. Queries to the advisor are pseudonymised at the point of collection. We do not sell personal data.
Purposes and legal bases
Providing the service (performance of contract); security, product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests); marketing (consent); compliance with legal obligations (legal obligation).
Music and recommendation data
To answer your queries, wav247 uses the OpenAI service. Covers, audio previews and metadata are loaded via the public Deezer API; links to streaming services are provided via Odesli/song.link. Only the search terms needed for the recommendation are transmitted.
Processors
We use carefully selected service providers, including Vercel (hosting), Upstash, OpenAI, Deezer and Odesli/song.link as well as - for partner ads - the ConConAI platform. Further group service providers may include Supabase, Clerk, Stripe and Google Maps Platform.
International transfers
Where data is processed outside the UAE or the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We store data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent given. Users in the EU/EEA may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests to privacy@conconai.com.

The service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over.
